Activity:

Squats: Stand with feet hip-width apart. Bend your knees and lower your hips as if sitting in a chair, then return to standing. Aim for 10-15 repetitions.
Cool Down:
Perform light stretching focusing on your arms, legs, and back.
Reflect:
