Lesson 1: "I can understand the importance of physical activity for my health." Choices (pick 2): Complete a wellness survey, read an article on the benefits of physical activity, write a paragraph on what physical activity means to you.

Lesson 2: "I can set personal physical activity goals." Choices (pick 2): Create SMART goals for physical activity, share goals in a class discussion, draw a poster of your goals.
